Web Life Secrets is a blog about the tips, tricks and tools that allow us to provide solid, great-looking websites to business clients. It’s one man’s approach to providing the best products and service to businesses at an affordable price.
Learning these skills has changed my life: making work meaningful, allowing me to escape the cubicle and the time-clock, allowing me to spend time with my family and allowing me to own my own business. If you’re ready to make your own escape, read on!
I come from a communications background not a tech background so my blog isn’t code-heavy. My hope is that the non-coder will find here an open door to a rewarding career, the coder might learn something about communication with clients, there’s information about how to sell websites to clients. I want to show you which tools are essential to my business and help you avoid unnecessary dead ends.
There are even posts on work environment such as working from home, working remotely and shared work spaces. We will talk about good and bad work habits, office set up and much more.
In short this is a blog about what it’s like to be a web guy. Over more than a decade in this field I’ve learned a lot and I look forward to learning so much more and presenting it here to you.
